This piece exhibits some signs of handling which is fairly common in production material of this kind. There is a 01.00" fold in the lower right corner. The paper along the extreme left edge is slightly torn all along the edge, which could easily be matted out. There are very slight tears in the bottom right corner, and top left corner. As visible in the web image, there are some tonal changes along the edges of the paper which could also be easily matted out.
