Gustaf Tenggren contributed an extraordinary amount of his talents to the look and feel of Pinocchio, from the depth he provided to the scenes of the town to this interior of Geppetto's workshop. Tenggren's original concept artwork is prized for its detail, composition, and the deft art of visual storytelling to evoke a wide range of moods and feelings.
The artwork is matted. The mat measures 16" x 19.75" while the aperture measures 10" x 14". The paper roughly measures 11" x 15.25"
There is a fold down the center as well as tearing and paper loss around the edges. There is not surgar-coating this, the condition is rough but when matted, the primary image is tearing and paper loss.
