The cinder block is on an overlay cel and there are two clear protective cels that accompany the piece. This background appears at 1:11:28 - 1:11:30 in the film.
The size of this piece is 16 Field (13"x16")

There is surface paper loss of 0.25" X 1" at the upper right corner of the background with a minor tear of 0.25". There is tape at the lower corners of the cel and at the middle peg hole.
