As visible in the image, the cel is material is wavy and exhibits signs of paint mottling, fading, and slight cracking in the carriage as well as Tom's body and tail. The cels are trimmed and applied to a cel and affixed by staples to the background. As visible in the image, there is evidence of what appears to be vertical indentations in the carriage.
