The frame measures 19" x 32" while the aperture for the photostat measures 10" x 13" and the aperture for the cel measures 9" wide.
As visible, there is quite a bit of paint lifting and a little paint loss in the cel. The photostat appears to have some slight folding. The artwork has not been examined out of the frame.
