The framed piece measures 20.25" X48.5" while the aperture measures 9.75" X 38".
This background appears from 0:37 to 0:39 seconds in the film.
There is some paint separation, cracking and lifting, throughout the character Professor Owl with minuscule paint loss in the right foot and minuscule line wear in the rims of the glasses. The character appears to be trimmed from its original cel and affixed to the background. As is visible in the web image, there are some areas of liquid stains in the background located halfway across the top.
