There are two drawings in this set: a cleaned-up marker drawing of the city, and a rough layout sketch of the city on a grid.
Both pieces are 25" x 19.75" inches.
The marker drawing: There is a tiny 0.25" inch tear just to the right of the leftmost round peghole along the lower edge, which could be easily matted out. There is evidence of tiny pinholes in each corner, which is fairly common for production material of this kind and could be easily matted out. There is evidence of slight handling throughout, with some folding along the edges and very light creasing in the corners, which could be easily matted out. There is some very slight creasing in the illustration that is only noticeable upon close inspection, namely a slight 2" inch crease along the lower edge of the water.
The rough drawing: There is evidence of some mild handling throughout, with some slight folding along the edges, namely in the upper and lower righthand corners, which could be easily matted out. There is evidence of a few tiny flecks of foxing throughout. As visible in the web image, there is evidence of a very light fold running vertically through the image in the left side, though it is not evident when the paper is pressed flat.
