This is Donald Duck's car from Don's Fountain of Youth, but as it doesn't have eyes in the cartoon, we believe it is likely from a bridging sequence in a Disneyland Television episode that featured the short, either The Donald Duck story (1954) or "Highway to Trouble" (1959)
The mat measures 9" x 12" while the aperture measures 6.25" x 9.25"
As is common with this type of artwork, the paint has adhered to the background, with paint cracking evident in the green paint, with a slight amount of paint loss in the item over the rear wheel. There appears to be veritical streaks of paint separation, but no paint loss elsewhere. Mat is as pictured.
