The mat measures 13" x 13" while the aperture measures 7" x 7". As visible in the image, the cel with the character has been precisely spliced into the cel (which measures 7.75" x 8") with the pegholes and affixed with thin clear tape. There is a very small crack in the white paint just under her right elbow.
